This small collection by Gúmer del Olmo is the result of mixing elements that he found in different stores and warehouses, such as leather pieces from the 60s and 70s. In collaboration with Showroom Couture Vintage we are pleased to show you our 11 pieces, handmade and made them with care.

Last Saturday I went to a warehouse in Hackney, one of the coolest neighbourhoods in London. I was invited to 2enty26 brand private catwalk in there. Before the show, some performances with live music and amazing visuals were so good! About the brand, 2enty26 is a creative brainwave investigating the relationship between the human body and the cloth. The whole concept is not about being trendy, affected by time changes or fashion. Their process focuses instead on 3D shapes, detached from convention and familiar styles, aiming for a timeless design. I had the pleasure of meeting the team, Sara and Eva, the creators. Carolina Rapezzi, who invited me, showed me the backstage, the designs (which i really loved because i love black!), the models.. So, I had so much fun in there. Thanks to 2enty26 for having me!. Hope you like the brand, you should!

Para él queríamos hacer un post especial. Retomamos imágenes de la Valencia Fashion Week para contaros, si es que aún no lo sabéis, quien es José Zambrano.

José Zambrano termina sus estudios de Bellas Artes en 2006 y complementa su formación con un posgrado en producción artística, especialidad nuevas tecnologías. En 2007, como extensión de su trabajo artístico, nace la firma de moda José Zambrano. Un año más tarde, debuta con su primera colección “Hombre Doméstico” en Valencia Fashion Week donde obtiene el premio “Mejor Diseñador de Zona D”.

En 2010 le otorgan el premio “Revlon Mejor Estilismo” con la colección “Margrave” en la IX edición de Valencia Fashion Week. Consigue así adentrarse en el panorama nacional con proyección internacional.

La marca ha estado presente en diferentes plataformas de moda como son el showroom del Ego de Cibeles, el showroom de Pasarela South en Cádiz o el Dress up en Barcelona. Entre excelentes críticas, su carácter multidisciplinar le lleva a colaborar en proyectos desde el ámbito audiovisual, teatral, como imagen corporativa, habiendo trabajado para firmas como Filmax, Bodegas Murviedro o Carlsberg.

Este guapo diseñador valenciano presentó en la pasada edición de la VFW su colección SMACK.

SMACK es una bofetada, un golpe con la mano, golpe repentino, manotada, manotazo, manotón, es un tortazo, el sabor que queda, beso sonoro, gran beso, chasquido, es expresión, gesto y acción.

Tuvimos la suerte de ver su desfile en el Dedal Showroom de la VFW y compartir con él muchas risas

Jose Zambrano completed his studies in Fine Arts in 2006 and complemented his education with a degree in art production, specialty technologies. In 2007, as an extension of his artwork, his fashion brand Jose Zambrano is born. A year later, he debuted with his first collection "Man Home" in Valencia Fashion Week which won the "Best Designer Area D ". El pasado sábado nos acercamos hasta el espacio “Personal Shopper” del C.C Dolce Vita en la ciudad de A Coruña. Allí, las hermanas que integran Nicanora realizaban una venta exclusiva de su nueva colección de camisetas pintadas a mano y una serie de prendas realizadas especialmente para este evento.

Entre gominolas y buena música echamos un vistazo a las nuevas propuestas de estas diseñadoras, de las que destacamos las camisetas con bolsillo de tejido contrastado, las blusas y camisas de estilo retro y por supuesto las originales camisetas con ilustraciones.

[Last Saturday we went to the IT LAB in Dolce Vita CC in A Coruña. There we met the sisters designers of Nicanora, they had an exclusive sale of their new collection of hand-painted T-shirts and a number of garments made especially for this event. Among jellies and good music we had a look at new proposals of these designers, we loved the shirts with contrasting fabric pocket, blouses and shirts retro style and of course the original T-shirts with illustrations. “Susi Martínez es el alma de Heroine Paper Goods. Con estudio compartido en Ruzafa (Valencia) desarrolla un trabajo exquisito basado más en el desarrollo de la propia idea y su significado que en las grandes técnicas avanzadas a las que el diseño gráfico nos empieza a acostumbrar.

Más allá del CorelDRAW Graphics -entre otros- Susi desarrolla su trabajo con simples planchas de foam previo estudio del dibujo final: sencillo pero arrebatador.

Además, crea tarjetas especiales a partir de la reutilización de revistas y otras publicaciones vintage.

Toda una delicia haberla descubierto”.

“Susi Martinez is the soul of Heroine Paper Goods. In her shared study in Ruzafa (Valencia), she develops an exquisite work based more on the development of the idea itself and its meaning than in the great advanced techniques for graphic design that she begin to use.
Beyond the CorelDRAW Graphics -among others- Susi develops its work with simple foam plates after studying the final drawing: simple but captivating.
