El pasado 29 de noviembre, la noche de Valencia se convirtió en una verdadera fiesta de la moda. Todas las tiendas del centro habrían hasta las 24 horas con suculentos descuentos, música en directo, iluminación especial, party y cocktails por doquier. Numerosas firmas y patrocinadores consiguieron un efecto llamada importante y la gente más cool y comprometida con el mundillo salió a la calle con sus mejores outfits. Sin lugar a dudas, un lugar donde encontrarse con gente amiga, colaboradores y followers de nuestro proyecto.

All shops of the centre were open until midnight with high discounts, live music, special lighting, party and cocktails everywhere. I had to find looks along with photographer Fany, looks different and cool and "hunt" for the next issue of the magazine, you will see them next month. El concepto es bien sencillo, rehabilitan, reciclan y reutilizan sillas y les dan una segunda vida. ¿No es guay? Rehabilitación, interpretación y cuidado de muebles según la filosofía de Louise Bourgeois I do, I undo, I redo.

Hemos pasado por allí a echar un vistazo, ¡mirad que cosas tan guays hemos encontrado!

Tienen cosas de Aitor Saraiba, de hecho son los primeros en la ciudad. No sé si os acordáis, pero conocí el trabajo de Aitor en uno de mis viajes a Madrid, cuando visité la flagship store de Kling. Aitor es escultor, ilustrador, escritor y hace muchas cositas guays! Trabaja con el centro cerámico de Talavera y son ellos quienes producen sus piezas de cerámica.

Lo que tiene Montegrappa es el puñal, ¿no es una maravilla?

Nos hemos enamorado de las sillas Osso de Bouroullec Brothers de Matiazzi. Necesito una. Una en mi vida

Estas sillas tan bonitas las hacen las chicas de Retoqueretro, que reciclan y restauran muebles viejos en cosas súper chulas como esta!

Las lámparas de Omer Arbel son una pasada ¿no?

Me ha gustado particularmente esta pieza, la lámpara Amy, ya que está inspirada en el pelo cardado de Amy Winehouse.

Esto es diseño a la última y súper original!

Y voilá! sus dueños: Gabriela y Diego. Ella es interiorista y él arquitecto, ambos forman el tándem perfecto para crear un proyecto tan bonito como este.

Os recomiendo visitarlo y os invito a conocerles, además están ubicados en una de las zonas más cool de la ciudad!

One in my life  These chairs are made by the girls of Retoqueretro, who recycle and restore old furniture in super cool things like this! Omer Arbel lamps are amazing right? I particularly loved this piece, Amy lamp as it is inspired by Amy Winehouse bouffant. This is edge design and super original! And voila! the owners: Gabriela and Diego. She is an interior designer and he is an architect, and both are the perfect tandem to create a project as nice as this. I recommend you to visit and invite you to meet them, and are located in one of the coolest areas of the city!]

Si vivís o visitáis la ciudad y buscáis huir de los típicos establecimientos de ropa vintage como la emblemática Beyond Retro, esta es vuestra tienda. Con las paredes empapeladas de imágenes de New Kids On The Block y con una estética colorista muy noventera, Sick se presenta como una alternativa dentro de la alternativa. Aunque principalmente se venden camisetas y prendas de la marca Boy London, marca emblemática creada por Stephane Rayner y popularizada por iconos ochenteros como New Romantics o Madonna, también podemos encontrar montones de prendas de cuero, PVC y vestidos y faldas cosidos en la propia tienda. Nos encantó la atmósfera de Sick, la decoración, la música y sus precios, que ronda las 15 y 60 libras. Suena bien, verdad?

If you live or visit the city and seek escape from the typical local vintage clothing as emblematic Beyond Retro, this is your store. Wallpapered with pictures of New Kids On The Block and aesthetically very noventera colorist, Sick is presented as an alternative within the alternative. Although primarily sell shirts and apparel brand Boy London, iconic brand created by Stephane Rayner eighties and popularized by icons like Madonna New Romantics or we can also find lots of leather clothes, PVC and sewn dresses and skirts in the store.

Su deseo por tener un espacio donde reunirse, donde diferentes artistas se inspiran, donde puedes conseguir un regalo para amigos así como deliciosos café y los fines de semana hasta las 18 horas un desayuno, les ha llevado a crear este espectacular café/galería. En lo que era una antigua carnicería en la Ruijterweg Admiraal de Amsterdam, este local abrió sus puertas a principios de octubre de 2011 convirtiéndose en café-galería y tienda. En la galería hay exposiciones de diversos artistas que se van alternando. ¿Guay, no?
